Dear Mr. Eric, Mr. Mike, and Master Kamal,
My sister has DIAMOND DUAL ACCESS, member #TM at Chiangmai Branch.
She started to play YOGA 6 months ago and she loves the class so much.
She
joined yoga class everyday. I'm very happy to see my sister feel so
active
and lively. Thank you to California Wow and Planet Yoga.
Recently, they are having "60 days Challenge" for yoga class. Ofcourse
my
sister look forward to particiating everyday. However, she urgently
had to
go to Bangkok for a day. With her spirit, she went to Yoga Class at
Avenue
Mall Branch (ChangWataNa Rd), hoping that she could use this class to
get
the point for her"Challenge Board in Chiangmai. I feel that there
should
be no porblem, otherwise what's the point to upgrade the membership to
"worldwide access". So we call to Chiangmai branch but your yoga
manager ,
Mr Tos denied to give my sister a point. He said this
challeng
is to encourage member to exercise at Chiangmai branch only, what a
stupid
reason, don't you think! He denied what so ever to contact or give a
name
of a person who could make a decision and consistant with the word "NO"
whatever I asked him. I thought your policy is to encourage people to
excerise everyday. It should be good for your marketing if member with
an
upgarde membership can participate in any of your programe (that what's
you
told us when you try to sell us the membership, though) but you just
show
us that the upgrade is not worth the money. Now I and my friend don't
believe any upgrade your salegirls try to sell us.
My point is:
1) I don't like to see my sister sad.
2) I'm not happy with your manager how he handle the situation. I
forgot
to mention that he told me to contact "call center" by myself which I
had
to explain everything all over again. He didn't show me that he had
tried
to help us, didn't shoe that he cares. He left the member feel very
bad
and upset. How could you hire such this person to do a public relation
job!! I wish you will notify him how badly he takes care of the
problem. Mr. TaWeeSak at "call center" is being more helpful than
him.
Although, he could not answer right away but he handle the situation
very
well and we felt that someone listen.
I look forward to getting better explanation from you soon.

I also just write the complaint in the "Member Comments Form" but
someone
told me that may be it will not be read. So I find another chanel to
make
sure someone knows the situation. I'm sorry if there is double
