One of the reasons why people often complain about California Fitness, Fitness first, True Fitness, or any fitness chain in Thailand or in the world, is because of the free floating membership price system.

Free floating price means that it's impossible to tell you in advance how much you will have to pay if you apply for a membership, and it also means that some people will pay a cheaper or a higher price than you for the same membership. If you are the one who paid the cheap price you will be happy but if you are the one who paid the expensive price you will be angry.

It's impossible to give you quotation for California Fitness membership as quotes are only valid at the time you visit the fitness clubs and might not be valid the next day.

And the problem is that it is almost impossible to get information about pricing without having to listen to a sale's speech for hours, and visiting the websites of the health clubs as California Fitness, Fitness First, or True Fitness or sending them e-mails won't give you any further information, as they will reply you (when they reply) to go visit the clubs.
So you will have to physically go there, take a tour of the premises with a non stop speaking sale, and make a bargain, as there are no published transparent prices for California Wow Experience, True Fitness, or Fitness First in Bangkok and the rest of Thailand.

If you want to know the price of all the Bangkok Fitness memberships you will have to visit all the clubs, as the ones on Sukhumvit Road, where are located Fitness First (on the 4th floor of the Landmark Hotel near Nana Hotel), California Wow Fitness (near Asoke Sukhumvit 21 junction in Jasmine City building, entrance exactly located soi 23), or True Fitness (also with a good location at Asoke junction, at the corner of the road, but on the opposite sidewalk as California Fitness).

True Fitness, Fitness First, and California Fitness Wow have perpetual promotions, and membership fees usually vary from 799 Thai Baht to 2500 Thai Bath a month. Yes, quite a huge difference in the pricing, and that's why you will have to do a tough bargain. And about Fitness first and California Fitness, these prices apply for one or more branches, depending on the sale mood or her willing to cheat you more or less, but also on you being good at bargain or not.

But actually there is only one thing that you have to know about Thailand Bangkok California Fitness, Fitness first, and True fitness because we actually can tell you what are the best prices available for these fitness clubs, and the best price can be obtained if you apply for a lifetime membership, that you can pay the same price as some other people will pay for a one year membership.

At California Fitness Wow Bangkok the best lifetime membership price is around 15000 Thai Baht for all clubs and any time, even though is some people pay more than this price for just one year.

At Fitness First Bangkok the best lifetime membership price is around 20000 Thai Baht for all clubs and any time.

At True Fitness Bangkok the best lifetime membership price is also around 20000 THB for any time (as they have only one club).

So knowing what price you could bet for a lifetime membership you will now have to get a cheaper price if you want to apply for a one year membership at any of these fitness clubs, being California Fitness, Fitness First, of True Fitness.

At California Fitness some customers even got yoga classes included in their cheap lifetime membership, but everybody has to pay more pilates classes, as they are not included in any membership and must be paid by hours.

Personal trainers lessons also are not included in any membership, and you will have to bargain again if you need some, as these lessons are very expensive at all the fitness clubs, and be careful as they want to sell you a package with at least 10 hours included, for 800 Thai Baht an hour at least.

Use of lockers, sauna, and steam rooms is included in all the proposed membership, and you will have to pay a monthly fee only if you want to have your own permanent shoes locker, to avoid carrying your sport shoes everyday when you go to fitness. Memberships also include group classes as Les Mills Body Combat, Aerobic, Tai Chi, Body Balance, Body Pump, Spinning RPM, and other trendy groups activities.

So now you know what is the best price available for the best Bangkok and Thailand fitness clubs as California Fitness, True Fitness, and Fitness First, but you will still need to visit them to know how much they will offer you, because even if you tell them that you know what are the best prices and that your friend got this price, they will reply you that you are wrong or that this is no more possible, but be sure that they will lie, as they are just sales paid on a commission, so be careful and never believe any fitness sale anywhere in the world and especially in Thailand, as they have no moral.

Also don't believe the cute sales (mostly girls and women) when they will tell you that this is the last discount day, as they say that to everybody all day long, and even write it on the fitness clubs windows.

Last point, don't give them your phone number after having applied, as they will continuously call you (almost everyday) to sell you something more.
